Then follow the Dukan diet. It involves 4 phase of diet program. It consists of high amount of proteins and low calories.

Now lets know about each phase of the diet program.

In phase I you need to take some cares like you must take the meat which contains low fats.Drink lots of water atleast 1.5 liters of water.

In phase II, vegetables are the major intake. Some of the basic vegetables are carrot, peas, corn and others.

In phase III, You can take fruits, bread, slices and bit of cheese.

In phase IV, Eat sugar free gums, 3 tab spoon oat bran.
